Cinque Ports Football Club
The Chamber welcomes new member Cinque Ports Football Club, they are currently continuing their long search for a permanent ground and facility for the Football Club, within the Deal District. The two founding Directors and senior Management team have a strong connection and affinity with the Club and have been selected for their experience within sport and specifically football and for their individual fields of expertise.
During its twelve year existence, the Club has undertaken the competitive training of over 600 young men to date and assisted their coaching staff to develop their own qualifications. Now currently based at Marke Wood and having enhanced the Pavilion and playing surface, the Club is already planning to launch a Ladies side to add to two teams playing in the Kent County League and a Veterans side playing in the Thanet and District League.
