Our BW mortice lock jig can be adjusted to provide a cutting template for many different lock types, enabling routing for locks, latches, euro-cylinders, oval cylinders etc.
The well designed lock jig ensures that a lock can be cut into a door quickly, accurately and neatly and can be repeated, this has proven ideal for carpenters on price or piece work on site work.
The BW lock jig was designed and made in the UK by a professional carpenter called Ben Weir, he was on the tools, earning a crust, and he became convinced that there had to be an easier way to do the job of routing a number of doors, he created the solution we all can now use.
