SLEEP
Improve your sleep with this 6-week course. Week by week, learn new techniques, have the chance to try them out, and report back on how it is working for you.
Topic covered:
Routines – why they are useful and setting up an evening routine that works for you and breathing techniques to help you sleep. Also:
- How to wind down and relax
- What to do if you can’t sleep or wake at night
- Snoring
- Meditations for Sleep
- Food and drink
Each week will include report-backs on how we are getting on, what works and what doesn’t, and practising and learning new techniques to improve sleep. Obviously, the classes cannot offer in-depth one-on-one coaching or therapy.
MEDITATION
Learning to meditate with your eyes closed is all very well, but we spend most of our time with our eyes open! This course teaches you how to meditate with your eyes open and closed. You will also learn meditation to help you let go of stress and improve your relationships and sleep. This is a great way to teach children, especially if they are having a difficult time at school.
We sit comfortably on chairs, not on the floor.
Busy minds are welcome, and there is no need to ‘empty your mind’. Thoughts are part of life!
