Lights down and the year ahead

The towns Christmas lights, trees and light banners were taken down in time old tradition by the Chamber member, Rotary Pirates and Wellington Road neighbourhood WhatsApp group, this is what makes Deal, no fuss, no bother, job done. Any business that would like to donate coffees and teas to make the task even sweeter please get in touch on enquiries@dwchamber.co.uk

We have decided to come forwards with our events calendar early this year to allow businesses and members of the public the heads up so no-one misses events:

• Stranger in the window will run from 19^th July to 12^th August 2023, we would be delighted if we had another 10 businesses involved this year.
• Annual auction to raise funds for the lights will be in October some time, watch this space!
• Christmas Light strings will be put up in town Sunday 5^th November 2023 and trees will be decorated Saturday 11^th November 2023 and put up Sunday 12^th
• Light switch on night will be on Saturday 25^th November 2023 at 7.30pm, you kids be good and Santa will be back to see you all.
